Follow up for Issuing LPO/ Contracts and expedite timely deliveries. Monitoring cost aspects of the project and taking action to avoid cost overruns. ⬥ Interaction / Coordination with Clients/ Consultants to ensure a healthy relationship and resolves all the daily issues related to planning program. ⬥ Monitoring MEP installation based on Design & Layout prepared. Monitoring site execution ⬥ Supervision, drawing study, checking progress of work as per schedule, shop drawings and taking care of Testing and commissioning activities.
