•Process Monitoring & Control of pulp preparation for ensuring compliance with regard to quality food safety and productivity.
•Monitoring of Water treatment by Multiple Treatment System -Reverse Osmosis, Pressurized Sand filtration, Activated Carbon filtration.
•Carrying out all routine tests of raw materials, finished products and packing materials as per SOP.
•Internal auditing.
•Maintaining appropriate records as per GMP, ISO, and HACCP guidelines and ensure that they are available for audit.
•Updating the reviewed methods and procedures to quality systems.
•Maintaining the accurate records of all analysis completed.

•Regular basis analysis of shelf life sample and maintain the sample till the product get expired.
