Working with Northern Area Gas Producing Department as a Reliability Engineer. The unit was started in May 2016 and I was responsible to develop and establish the reliability programs for the department in order to be in line with the corporate best practices. Several programs have been launched including but not limited to Total Plan Reliability Management (TPRM) program and Equipment Out of Service (EOOS), Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS), Inspection Defect Notifications and the Preventive Maintenance Audit Programs. In addition to that, I was assigned as a leader for the revision of Karan field equipment criticality and the department coordinator for Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS). Also, support field operation and maintenance teams in troubleshooting & Investigation activities and review equipment maintenance strategy.

Worked with Northern Area Gas Producing Department on special covering assignment as Karan facility Maintenance Foreman. I was supervising more than 50 maintenance technicians from different disciplines. I was working with operation team to sustain the asset availability by managing & reviewing the maintenance activities & weekly schedule performance. Also, I was supporting the planning activities in the field to ensure expedited completion of all work orders assigned to my area. In addition, I arranged some training courses for the technicians to enhance their knowledge and experience level.

Working with NAGPD as a Commissioning Engineer for Hasbah and Arabiya offshore gas mega project. I was assigned as a team leader for rotating equipment commissioning by performing the functional test which attended by the vendors and ensure all rotating equipment are working within the design and operating parameters before starting up the facilities. In addition, I was working with the piping commissioning team during the leak test activities by reviewing the leak test procedure and ensuring the test results are within the acceptable limits.

Joined Northern Area Gas Producing Department (NAGPD) as a Maintenance Engineer with Karan offshore maintenance support unit. I started with contracting group working in all contracting stages starting from developing the scope of work, job explanation meeting with vendors and ending by activity execution as agreed with the contractor. Later, I was assigned with Karan-35 start up team to coordinate between all involved parties to execute the activities smoothly and run the platform safely by providing technical & maintenance support. As a result of the Karan-35 great result, I was selected among Karan-45 Project commissioning team to participate in the pre-commissioning & commissioning activities by providing the technical evaluation for the new rotating equipment and Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) as well as other auxiliary equipment. In addition to the previous, I was involved in day to day activities working with OME team at offshore by providing technical support & troubleshooting the equipment malfunctions like pumps, HPU, HVAC, communication systems …etc.

Joined SWCC as part of university summer training program. I was working with facilities maintenance team by performing different type of maintenance activities in Multi-Stage Flash (MFS) Unit & Reverse Osmosis (RO) unit.
