Manage the Branch Office of DLPS - Trading Division in Qatar.
Manage the Marketing & Sales Operations in the Country.
• Help clients solve their problems by recommending improved materials / machinery, showing how changes will lower costs and/or increase system up-time / reliability and production.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining the technologies / products / services on offer that best meet the customer requirements.
• Lead the responses to customer RFQs, develop proposals and quotations that match the customer’s needs and objectives, negotiate tender and contract terms.
• Collaborate with customers, engineers and sales team to understand customer requirements and limitations, assess the equipment needs and system specifications.
• Communicate and get approval for any delay or deviation from the proposed time and system specifications.
• Plan and modify products to meet customer needs.
• Research existing customers to identify potential new opportunities and to win repeat business.
• Proactively approach potential customers; establish new, and maintain existing, relationships with customers.
• Research for marketing opportunities and develop a marketing plan.
• Support marketing and represent the company at trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
• Update myself with new technologies and scientific advancements in the field of Instrumentation & Control relating to Oil & Gas Industry. Help the in-house team in researching and developing new products.
Managed overall activities related to Instrumentation, responsible for maintenance of Instrumentation jobs pertaining to Gas Metering.
Implemented various breakdown, preventive maintenance and calibration schedules to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.
