● Work on multiple tenders (4 to 5) in parallel to prepare and deliver estimations on-time with high accuracy.

● Estimate quantities, cost of materials, equipment and labor to determine project feasibility.
● Analyze completed works and prepare subcontractor payments.
● Prepare variation orders and related payments for the client.
● Support site manager during execution at site.
● Study of plans and drawings for exact requisition of material on site
● Ensure all material used and work done on site are as per specifications.
● Day-to-Day management of the site, including supervision of the workforce.
● Oversee quality control as well as health and safety of workers on site.
● Plan and schedule daily site activities in coordination with planning engineer
