Role Responsibilities:
• Oversee installation of Storm water/Ground Water pipes (HDPE, PVC, or Reinforced Concrete)
and inspection chambers & Ensure slope alignment (0.5-2% gradient) for drainage efficiency.
• Supervise Backfill, subgrade preparation as per ASTM D1557 & Manage asphalt paving target
density and concrete paving (joint, spacing, curing).
• Ensure formwork removal complies with curing timelines and verify rebar spacing lap lengths
diameter and cover block and spacers to maintain reinforcement positioning during concrete
pouring.
• Inspection of Box Culvert.
• Prepare method statement for activities.
• Making the request for conducting test for backfill and subbase with lab under the witness of
client & consultant.
• Preparation of Documentation and Reporting as perthe client/consultant requirements.
• Site supervision and Quality Control, daily progress report, daily updates.
• Accountable for the quality and quality of activities (Backfilling, Subbase, Asphalt, Kerb Stone,
Interlock Work).

• Conducted Home Inspection of Residential building to ensure they are up to code and safe
to inhabit.
• Conducting stage wise and activity wise Quality Audits during construction to monitor the
achievable standards of Quality in projects.
• Ensuring the quality of all incoming materials are in line with inspection and testing plans
during Audits.
• Ensure the verification of third-party lab report against the Client- ITP/Code.
• Checking the quality of concrete/cement strength regarding the grade after 7 days & 28
days.
• Quality control and Quality assurance right from raw material testing, procedures adopted
to finished product. Third party quality audits and inspection with team.
• Stacking/Stocks of material as per standards.
• Accountable for the quality and quality of activities (Waterproofing, Hand Railing, Gypsum
Plaster, False Ceiling, Block work, Masonry work, Production of Concrete, Reinforcement,
Form Work (Conventional and System), Glazing Work, Tiles work, Stone Work, RMP/Cement
Sand Plaster, Paint Work, Door/Window, Toilet/Kitchen Platform etc.)
• Setting up Quality Control Laboratory as per the contractual requirement.
• Implementation of Quality Management Systems at site to ensure quality of construction.
• Preparation of Method Statement and Quality Assurance procedures for all the activities as
per the Contract agreement.
• Preparing ITP and all other Quality Assurance/Quality Control related Inception reports.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Testing of construction material as per Inspection Test Plan of Godrej Properties Limited.
• Conducting Internal Quality Audits at Godrej Projects in North Zone.
• Co-operate with CQRA (Construction Quality Rating Agency) hired by Godrej for conducting
External Quality Audits.
• Review Work Method Statement submitted by contractor prior to start any construction
work activity.
• Weekly Quality Walk down with Project manager to improve the quality of work.
• Weekly Training to PMC/ Contactor engineer.
• Randomly Visit in Approve External Quality Lab for the witness of material testing, send by
contractor.
• Preparing Sample/mock-up at site before start any work activity for approval processes.
• Raising Non-Conformity Report to Contactor against any Non-Conformity.
• Sharing weekly Quality Observation Report to Contractor.
• Monitor All Contractor Quality Lab at site.
• Surprise Visit to Approved External Quality Labs for the witnessing of material testing sent by
contractor.
• Preparing Monthly Non-Conformity Report (NCR) tracker on month ending.
• Taking up additional responsibilities as and when assigned.
• Setting up Quality Control Laboratory as per the contractual requirement.
• Evaluating the availability and implementation of documents during Audits like Approval of
Project specifications, Project Quality Plans, Standard Operating Procedures, Method
Statements, ITP (Inspection and Test Plan), Checklists, Pour cards, GFC Drawings, Drawing
Management register, NC opening/Closing/Tracking, Cube registers, MTC(manufactures
Testing reports), Field Test reports, Third party test reports, MAS (Material approval Sheet)
MIR (Material Inspection Reports), Concrete Mix Design, Approved Material Make list,
permissible tolerances and Acceptance criteria, BBS(Bar bending Schedule) etc.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, inspection
requests and site instructions/observations.
• To prepare the methodology against the work activity.
• Stacking/Stocks of material as per GPL specification/standards.
• Field test of material which come at site such as cement, sand, aggregate, tiles, gypsum,
blocks, brick, concrete, steel, MDF board, false ceiling, etc.
• To ensure the work as per the project specification/IS codal provisions, sanction drawings
and project design by client.
• To Prepare the Material Inspection Report.
• Manage and Track Quality metrics.
• Checking the quality of concrete/cement strength regarding the grade after 7 days & 28 days
• Accountable for the quality and quality of activities (Water proofing, Gypsum Plaster,
Gypsum Boxing, False ceiling, Block work, IPS work, Concrete, Steel, Form Work, Glazing
Work, Tiles work, Stone Work, Plaster Work, Paint Work, Toilet and Kitchen Counter etc.)
• Ensure the verification of third-party lab report against the GPL ITP/Standard/IS Code.
• Training, auditing, checking and giving clearance for the work to be executed at site.
• Implement of Quality Management System at site to ensure quality of construction.
• Effective management solution to increase and improve the efficiency and outcome of a
project in construction.
• The clauser of Non-Compliance Report of GPL Internal Audit and Third-Party Audit (CQRA
Pvt. Ltd.)
• Construction planning, execution, and perfect implementation of work at site.
• Attend Client Quality Management meetings and coordinate all project requirements with
Stakeholders.
• Develop vendor quality awareness and ensure that quality controls are performed during
the vendor manufacturing process as per QCP.
