• Preparing and monitoring of fabrication Sequencing as per Code and standards during fabrication work is performed in accordance with the approved construction procedure, specification and correct materials of Process Piping / Pipeline.
• Provide Static equipment and piping expertise to the Project from Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Installation & Commissioning phases.
• Checking piping design basis, piping specifications & standards.
• Attending Daily meeting.( Production and Safety)
• Familiar in Erection of Hook up Spools in utility station and Pumps Equipment’s and vessels.
• Performing Construction and Scrapping activities.
• Proper Arrangement of equipment and manpower based on the site without delaying of production daily based.

• Close the shut-off valve in the outlet line.
• Remove the supply line to the blanketing valve carefully in case there is still trapped
Pressure in the line.
• Close the shut-off valve in the blanketing gas supply line.
• Close the shut-off valve in the sense line.
• Seal off the sense port by closing the sense line shut-off valve or inserting a pipe
Plug.
• Position the outlet of the valve so that the high pressure flow can exhaust safely.
• Slowly open the needle valve to pressurize the sense line.
• The diaphragm assembly is stuck or prevented from moving all the way back up.
• Remove cap screws, diaphragm cover, diaphragm and port bushing of relief valve.
• Slowly open outlet shut-off valve and return the valve to service.
• Test the assembly to ensure it is operating properly.
• Connect a line from a pressure source to the valve inlet.
