- Writing programming software for the Alerton DDC Controllers & testing
- writing flow diagram using VISIO Application software.
- Onsite, testing and tuning of DDC panels and ensure proper communication
- Calibrating and testing of field devices at site and advising the project engineer for installation and termination of the same.
- Coordinating with 3rd part vendors for 3rd party interface.
- Attending client meetings and 3rd party equipment vendors meetings from time to time.
- Installing the BMS workstation Software at site, communicating to DDC controller network and linking the objects to graphics.
- Linking the 3rd party devices and controllers to the Graphics.
- Ensure that all the hardwares & cabling is installed correctly.
- Network and Integration commissioning (Local Lan, BaCnet MSTP/IP/Ethernet, ModBus RTU, ModBus TCP, SNMP, LonWork)
- onsite, testing and commissioning of fire alarm system.
- Carry out the final commissioning of the system in the presence of client/consultants Engineer including Input & Output tests.
-MCC panels testing & commissioning.
- BTU Meters Testing & Commissioning and integrate with BMS Software.
- System hand over and client staff training.
- Prepare I/O Lists.
- Prepare Sequence of Operation
- DDC programming such as valve, Dampers, FCUs, VAV, Chillers, AHUs...etc
- Configure Sensors and field Devices.
- DDC Drawings, Rizer Diagram, Panel Layouts, Shop Drawings.
- Work on Application Software (Niagara Ax )Tridium), SET (TREND), 963 (TREND) ).
- Integrate Third Party Systems such as (Fire alarm, Power meters, PPCs, CRAC...etc) using different Protocol types (ModBus RTU and TCP, BACnet, Lonwork, SNMP, BACnet MSTP)
- prepare workstation graphic and networking.
-3D Layouts Graphic Using Application Software (Autocad, Revit, 3DMax).
