Receives copies of purchase orders for drilling spare parts and general materials to be received
at Mussafah logistics drilling warehouses. Upon receipt of goods, identify, prepare material
receiving reports and forward it to the Drilling Quality Department with “Test Certificate”
requirements as specified in the Purchase Orders and Follow-up on the inspection of materials.
* Receives materials returned from operational areas. Ensure that correct documentation is
received/raised and inform the Materials Operations Sub-Team Leader of receipt and, where
applicable, the need for inspection. Decide, with reference to departmental procedures, whether
items should or should not be accepted into store.
* Ensures the storage and protection of materials in accordance with specific requirements
determined by Company procedures and/or manufacturer’s recommendations for the protection
and preservation of materials. Ensure the sensitive or volatile materials are stored in
temperature controlled storage areas and locations are logged in MAXIMO.
* Update and maintains daily log books and produce reports on the turnover of stock items and
assist with inventory audits.
* Receives material or requisition from relevant department, prepare consignments notes based
on information received and pass to Control officer .
* Ensures the Issuance of all materials, spares, equipment, etc. as required for operations within a
specified period to cover all drilling operational areas.
* Receive requisitions through MAXIMO pick list reports and ensure the issuance of all materials
as required for operations within a specified period to cover all drilling operational areas.
* Ensure rejected drilling equipment are segregated and kept in isolated area.
* Attending weekly Drilling team meeting and meeting with suppliers & end users as when
required.
* Ensures good housekeeping and adherence to Health and safety standards and procedures.
* Adheres to procedure for Safe Handling storing and movements of hazardous materials.
* Keep up-to-date records of chemical Safety data sheets and arrange for chemical segregation in
their storage facilities.
Coordinate with the warehouse team and truck drivers to dispatch sold materials to
Customers as Purchase Orders and follow-up.
* Generate invoices as per customer purchase orders.
* Coordinate with the Attieh factory for special customer requirements such as slitting
and cutting Hot Rolled and Cold Rolled coils.
* prepare related packing list, test certificates and documentation of various
warehouse transactions.
* Maintain manual and computerized records.
* Annual stock taking and assist inventory audits.
