Nature of Job:
- Review MEP contract shop drawing prior to submittal for service co-ordination and coordination with other construction elements.
- Advice on any impact on services caused by Architectural / Civil changes and raise Query to Consultant.
- Review MEP technical submittals for specification compliance.
- Produce equipments & builder- work scope Schedule for all MEP equipments detailing construction and maintenance requirement for equipments
- Preparing of method statements for MEP works with respect to installation works and logistics for equipment positioning.
- Assist internally QS and Planning department for update MEP system progress.
- Responsible for Estimating of Electrical Works for Tenders.
- Following up Electromechanical Works for Company projects.
- Responsible for verification of Shop Drawings, Technical Submittals, Method Statement, Progress Documents, As Built Drawings, ...etc.
- Coordinating with Contractors, Consultants and Clients.
- Responsible for Handing Over the Projects to the Consultants /Clients.
- Estimating of MEP Works.
- Preparing of Electrical Design for Projects.
- Preparing of Technical Submittals.
- Responsible for getting approvals from GHQ, DMW, ADWEA & Clients.
- Responsible for verification of Shop Drawings, As Built Drawings & Documents.
- Responsible for Handing Over the Projects to the Consultants or Clients.
Designing and Supervision of the followings:
- 20/ 0.380 KV. Substation.
- H.V & L.V Cables.
- CCTV & Low Current Systems.
- MDB, SMDB, Control Panels.
- Lighting & Power.
- Diesel Generator Sets.
- Lightning Protection and Earthing System.
