4.Risk Management Committee.
Roles and tasks:
Student admission in accordance with AFU policies.
CHEEDS Reports.
Preparing Academic calendar.
Exam and risk committee.
Handing out and renewing student’s records.
Preparing and announcing timetables in accordance with the Academic Calendar. Do
all the necessary procedures for Students’ registration, adding and dropping courses.
Issuing student ID cards.
Ensuing of the right installation of all study plans.
Following up and the implementation of AFU’s regulations of conferring academic
degrees.
Receiving, checking, and keeping final results.
Calculating CGPA and SGPA as well as announcing students’ results.
Issuing the transcripts and the semester schedule for the students.
Checking the files and CGPA for expected to graduate students.
Issuing graduation documents (Official Transcripts, the Certificates and Smart Chips) in
both Arabic and English.
Preparing student-related statistics for the AFU as well as cultural attaches and the
Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Follow up with students on their admission status, placement exams and registration.
Coordinates with the colleges for credit transfer requests of transferred students.
Informs students on their admission status and contact with them regarding missing
documents.
Supports Student Recruitment by representing university on open days,
school/company and partners visits, education exhibitions and mall booths.
Supports Student Recruitment by follow up with prospects.
Prepare TWIMC letters.
Handling Student's Absence Warning, Incomplete exams requests, Appeal for Final
Exam Score, Course postpone, clearance, readmission, Changing Major, and
Withdraw.
Store and file all students’ files and records.
