-Responsible for Developing Quality system for a project for soybean crushing plant at Algeria with daily capacity 6000 TPD (Receiving grain storage silos; Crushing plant, Final product storage and loading area).
-Plans, coordinates all quality, regulatory and food safety programs and management of change programs.
-Implements product specification systems and drives continuous improvement in the areas of processes and customer focus, Provides input to plant manager related to base and non-base capital expenditures necessary for achieving/maintaining industry leadership position in the food/feed safety and quality areas.
-Develop Quality Control & Food safety Policy for the Organization.
-Designing Quality control laboratories for both (Soybean Extraction Plant, Grain Receiving area).
-Established Quality control sampling plan for Quality control & Process Control.
-Developed HACCAP plan for the whole plant, identify all the Critical Control points.
-Creating SOP`s for all quality & laboratory analysis according to standard, Governmental regulations
-Validation of all Quality parameters after during the start up.
-Hiring Laboratory Chemists and technicians, starting a detailed training program for the industry and for laboratory work.
-Prepare safety training material for each life savers program for the whole plant team.
-Develop QC budget, laboratory analysis annual cost make sure to be aligned with organizational goals.
-Develop Daily & Monthly Production & Quality Control Report, showing the plant figures, production and quality data, with costing team.
-Develop & Control Hazardous waste disposal system according to governmental regulations.
-Responsible for Document control system, pest control, Fumigation and disinfection activities.
-Spreading Lean Culture through the plant, responsible for developing 5S system for the plant.
-Direct and Plan all purchasing request related to quality control & laboratories, food safety.

Supervise testing and analyzing of products/ ingredients/ suppliers to ensure compliance to standards. -Supervise and conduct various test for soybean meal & crude oil (Moisture, protein, fat, fiber, phosphorus, FFA, urease activity, hexane content). - Maintenance and regular inspection of laboratory instrument.
- Work with the plant team to ensure that all customer quality requirements are fully met.
-Monitoring Bruker MPA analyzer, responsible for calibration samples.
- Verify and monitor control systems that assure compliance with Cargill and regulatory requirements (e.g. HACCP, SOP, GMP’s, GLP’s, Non-compliance response and follow-up). - Data processing for processes control and extracting insights for decision making. - Assists in the design and delivery of training materials for internal functions in the plant.

- Plans, coordinate and direct testing activities to assure sufficient qualities of supplies

Job description: • Installation of all instruments in the chemical lab Dept.
• Testing of the Raw materials & all polymerization steps using modern procedures, under consultation of Professionals from EXLAN - Japan.
• Analysis of the cpd. of polymerization area, solvent recovery unites, making area (chemical area inspection) and the chemical inspection for the fiber line. (Dealing with GC, Autotitrator, Karl Fischer, spectrophotometer instrument)
• Responsibility of applying 5-s system in chemical lab.
• Special tests (polymer dye ability, total impurities of Monomer Acrylonitrile using G.C., solvent etc)
• Prepration of all chemicals & reagent required.
• Daily monitoring for the water of the water treatment plant & effluent treatment plant (TDS, TSS, Cond, BOD, COD, DO, Fe, Cl, Po4, So4, Hardness, Alkalinity)
