Writing letters in English & Arabic (Like Resignation letter, Salary Increase, leave letter, etc.
E-mail receiving & replying, for all government sectors.
Dealing with customers, owner of the companies, PRO and all kind of human resources.
Dealing with all customers as the only ones and specially the aggressive customers and solving their problems.
Bachelor of Arts, Mass communications Dept, specialist journalism.
