- Preparing a complete Revit family set for the department.
- Supporting department members in all Revit MEP related issue.
- Providing professional training sessions for department members (24 trainees) over the course of one year divided into groups.
- Preparing a library of both video tutorials and written material for Revit MEP to be used for the sessions.
- Preparing Revit MEP exams and assessing trainees.
Excelled in the utilization of AutoCAD by using my .NET programming background to devise new professional AutoCAD tools in order to automate the work and improve quality while reducing errors, tools such as:
- AutoCount: a complete quantity surveying tool for AutoCAD.
- AutoLabel: a full-fledged labelling solution for AutoCAD.

Worked as a sales representative for a broad range of products including lighting, electrical cabinets, wires and explosion proof products.
Contributed to the advancement of the company and ease of reach by designing a complete website including all the details of the company's products. The website had the tremendous benefit of representing the company in international exhibitions and local ones.
