Ethylene senior plant operator with experience in hot section (cracking furnace), SRU (sulphur recovery unit clause process), sulphur granulation unit, gas processing, ( acid gas removal), ERU ( ethane recovery unit similar to LNG process ), C3, C4 and gasoline hydrogenation unit, storage tank farm, waste water treatment plant from control room and field.
1. I work in VCM (vinyl chloride monomer) plant with a capacity of 150000 ton/ year.
2. Participated in construction, precommissioning, commissioning activities and start up and shutdown of the VCM plant.
3. Make punch list, read isometric drawing, piping &instrumentation diagram, and PFD.
4. Experience in loop test, hydro test, pneumatic test, leak test, water flushing, air blowing, steam blasting, nitrogen purging, cold and hot azeodrying with EDC.
5. Experience in start up and operation of cracking furnace, distillation columns and strippers, vent scrubber, heat exchangers, pumps, and compressors with familiarity with all these equipments and high ability to identify the equipment which deemed unsafe to continue.
6. Knowledge of panel operation and Honeywell DCS.
7. monitor the chemical process with analysis of the operating parameters, troubleshooting, solve operational problems, and take the proper action for smooth functioning of the plant
8. Operate the plant strictly as per the standard operating procedures "SOP" and follow the safe work permit system and ensure safety regulations.
9. Physical check of rotary and static equipment on periodical manner for its performance or abnormality with high ability to identify the equipment that requires urgent maintenance.
10. Ensuring Environmental, Health and Safety compliance in area of responsibility and reporting as advised in site deployment briefing.
11. In case of maintenance, ensure that all safety precautions are taken like positive isolation, depressurization, draining, purging, electrical lock out etc… are taken.

• Directing, monitoring and coordinating, sectional processes, evaluations and plans, to guarantee standard running conditions and optimum process productivity in accordance with daily / monthly schedules where I worked in many sections as:
1. Second fire section head in ROCA GRAVENA Company.
2. Exporting and packaging and encasing section head.
3. Production line supervisor from glaze spraying section to firing unit.
4. Shift in charge in slip body and slip glaze preparation department.
5. Quality control chemist for final product of sanitary wares.
perform visits to physicians and hospitals for promotion of company pharmaceutical products and follow up the marketing plane and follow up with distributor and sales rep and pharmacies the sales rates to achieve sales target
