Deliverables:
Currently reporting to the PMO Manager and leading resources based on various project requirements for the departments.
Managing the functions of project life cycle including finalization of requirements, scoping of project, project charter, project planning, estimation (timeline, efforts, cost) and resource/risk management.
Accountable to lead the team on activities related to the Departmental Performance Results - identify the required KPIs, identify measurement criteria, set targets and present results.
Contributing to the organization strategy through participation in organization strategy workshops.

Deliverables:
Reported to the Development Manager and led resources based on project requirements for successful management of all phases of development life cycle such as the requirements gathering, design, development, testing & deployment of projects like - ERP System for the Insurance Authority, ERP System for Khalifa Foundation, ERP System for the Social Security Fund, Solution for Audit and Reconciliation for Diwan Department and the Human Resources Management System for Abu Dhabi Police.
Data Migration project for Etisalat - migration for 6 systems from 8 databases into one shared database. This project includes analyzing the legacy and new systems at Etisalat, designing a solution, development of the migration tool, mapping the logic of the legacy and the new system, data mapping, developing the migration scripts, product testing, migration, customer testing
Responsibilities:
• Involved in maintenance & monitoring of database and application backups, installation of Oracle Financials & resolution of database issues in addition to database and query tuning for 4 Databases in Al-Ain Mineral Water (AMW), National Pipes and Bags (NPB), Emirates Iron and Steel Factory (EISF) and Emirates Flour and Animal feed Factory (EFAFF).
• Acquire knowledge on Oracle Financials database & Analysis Structure for AP, AR and GL.
• Rendered support to consultants through writing of queries and developing graphics to be used by the management.
• Involved in creation of users, definition & attachment of responsibilities to users
• Programming of attendance management system.
Achievements:
• Member of the team that successfully implemented Oracle Financials across 4 sites.
• Instrumental in development & attachment of 100+ customized reports across the four sites in addition to developing various graphs and reports for decision makers.
• I participated in course registration system.
• Building security model for these systems and ONEWORLD databases
