•Generate financial reports and statements to
Management for review.
•Perform month-end accounting activities such as
reconciliations and journal entries.
•Coordinate with finance team to complete
assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
•Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and
working closely with the operations and project
teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost
analysis.
•Respond to accounting inquiries from
management in a timely fashion.
•Provide guidance to other Accountants when
needed.
•Assist in budget preparation and expense
management activities for assigned accounts.
•Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend
effective resolutions.
•Review & approve payment vouchers & journal
entries.
•Oversee the VAT return process.
•Monitor & record fixed asset register, payroll
register etc.
•Analyze debtors ageing report for better credit
control.

•Accounts payable and Receivable data entry.
•Sales order processing to customer invoices.
•Oversee collection of overdue receivables and liaise with customers by sending timely statements.
•Assist the Finance Manager in month end process and balance sheet reconciliations.
•Checking of all Vendor Invoices, reconciling statements, timely payments to Vendors.
•Maintains files and documentation, in accordance with company policy and accounting practices.
•Accrual and release of revenue & expenses in correct periods.
•Any other Admin related tasks as assigned.

•Preparing accounts and postings in Tally ERP
accounting software.
•Reconciling and maintaining accounts, working
with journals and spreadsheets.
•Bank reconciliations.
•Checking and posting petty cash transactions.
•Receiving and processing all invoices, and
requests for payment.
•Ensuring all payments amounts & records are
accurate.
•Recording and reviewing of expense forms and
reports.
•Recording and maintaining travelling expenses
related to projects.
