 Handled overall full responsibilities as a First Delegate of Equipment Division but not limited to, ensuring effectively day-to-day activities in the Operations, Logistics, Administration and Workshop including minor repairs and periodic maintenance of company’s vehicles and equipment on timely manner, monitoring the mechanics, electricians and other staff.
 Supervise and followed to procure the required spare parts, lubricants, fuel filters, air/fuel filters and workshop related expenses in line with company’s policies and procedure through MCU or Petty Cash as needed.
 Worked closely with managers, engineers, client & consultants to maintain a high level of administrative interaction between the Equipment Division.
 Hiring all types of vehicles and equipment on daily/weekly/monthly basis if the requested item(s) is not available in our fleet.
 Proposing to procure new vehicles or equipment if project tenure is long and feasible to buy within the budget instead of hiring to save company money.
 Interviewing and recruiting of required new manpower through HR as needed.
 As per Project’s Mobilization Plan and Client’s Inspection Checklist, arranging and preparing to mobilize the requested light and heavy civil construction equipment and vehicles, lifting equipment, transportation vehicles and buses, Low & Flat Bed Trailers, Generators, Stationery Equipment, Portacabins and Containers to the different site’s location along with required manpower.
Projects: MEP, FM, Construction, O&M of WWTP (Al-Wathba and Al-Saad), Oil & Gas (Habshan, Borouge, GASCO/ADCO and Samsung).
 Monitoring and analyzing Equipment Division’s regional cost and revenue data to maintain high profitability.
 Managing and controlling of fuel (Diesel/Petrol) consumption at sites in the equipment, vehicles and generators, by maintaining the proper log, record and tracking with 100% accuracy.
 Arranging and follow the CICPA Security gate passes, Registration, Permits, Zone-2, Third Party & Defensive Driving Certificates, ADNOC Medical or any additional certificates (if needed) of vehicles or equipment and for their drivers or operators those required in Oil and Gas areas (Onshore / Offshore) in co-ordination with PRO and administration department.
 Supervising and controlling the Inbound logistics activities, manpower utilization and their overtime at sites with assigned vehicles and equipment.
 Arranging to validate the vehicles and equipment registration licenses and insurance in coordination with operations team and PRO.
 Controlling and providing the data for Internal & External invoices, work order related charges and general services being back charge to the concern cost centers and individuals.
 Accident claims and reimbursement of vehicles/equipment in coordination with Insurance department.
 Preparation of Rental and Service Agreements, which includes request, enquires, quotations, review, rates comparison, negotiation. Ensuring that subcontractor is in compliance with Company standards. (E.g. Insurance, Finance, Project Controls, etc.).
