Acknowledge, record, and escalate critical alarms to the maintenance team.
Monitor temperature, humidity, pressure, and airflow to ensure proper operation.
Start and stop equipment according to the operation schedule.
Monitor energy consumption and report any abnormal usage.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly BMS reports.
Verify communication between field devices and controllers.
Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, and mechanical technicians during troubleshooting.
Monitor fire alarm, smoke control, and emergency systems integrated with the BMS.
Perform basic point checks, sensor verification, and trend analysis.
Maintain logs of alarms, equipment status, and maintenance activities.
Ensure all systems operate safely and according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Report any equipment abnormalities or communication failures to the supervisor.
Support testing and commissioning activities when required.
