Sales Coordinator Main Responsibilities:
Produces reports based on the sales of employees in the sales department.
Evaluates the performance of sales team.
Assist sales manager to hire and fire sales team members when necessary.
Support sales manager to prepare the forecasts and sales targets.
Support sales manager to prepare marketing strategies.
Manage day to day sales support operations; provides direction and guidance to support staff. Conduct Sales Support meetings bi-weekly.
Track bid requests and ensure the company provides complete information to customers/clients.
Work with the sales team in submitting information to meet all deadlines and milestones within a bid request.
Assist salespeople with researching pricing issues, questions, and/or provide information requested.
Develop strong working relationships with all key contacts acting as a direct company contact, and good-will ambassador to ensure all customers and clients’ needs are met.
Projects Coordinator Main Responsibilities:
Prepare project cost estimation.
Prepare detailed financial project study.
Prepare & issue the quotations.
Prepare & issue project contracts & variation orders.
Assist with Change Order creations.
Prepare documents to generate quick, accurate billing information.
Assist the Project Manager from start to finish of the job which includes keeping logs and spreadsheets for the duration of the project.
Complete permit applications.
Attend Turnover Meetings and occasionally attend Project Meetings.
Provide weekly, monthly and yearly status reports of all quotes.
Provide any support as needed/requested to support the Project Managers.
Purchase Coordinator Main Responsibilities:
Perform research activities to determine a list of possible vendors.
Contact each vendor to take information regarding price, availability and delivery time.
Arrange meetings with vendors and confer with them in order to provide them with requirements.
Confer with projects & warehouse managers to determine purchasing needs.
Prepare purchase orders and have them signed from the managers.
Initiate contact with vendors to check availability of needed documents.
Ensure that the right material are delivered to the warehouse at the right time.
Check shipments to ensure quality and quantity of purchased items.
Monitor all purchase requisitions and handle adjustments with vendors.
Contact with the accounting department to reconcile invoices and purchase orders.
Research pricing information and compare prices and quotations
Determine requirements by working with customers.
Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing information.
Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
Fulfil requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, forwarding requests.
Promotion to NETKETABi project.
Selling Laptops related to NETKETABi project.
Following up the clients and be in touch.
Train the clients to use the laptops in e-learning.
