Handle projects/jobs/quotations and analyze the requirements.
Develop project plans and workflows, manage timelines, budget, resources and control quality across different teams and departments.
Create and control localization project budgets, perform cost tracking analysis, ensure timely issuance of purchase orders and invoices and approve work reports.
Identify and solve localization issues or disagreements, whether system or product, identify causes and perform corrective/preventative action.
Continually expand knowledge and education in localization trends and news, keeping up to date through active participation in training opportunities

Train and mentor Project Coordinators and Managers on the Project Management role and scope within the company.
Coordinate all tasks of the localization process for multiple projects
Support in scoping and planning for new projects.
Monitor and control status of each localization project
Document and report any issues reported by clients or vendors
Coordinate technical transfer of final documents with the Product Labeling Specialist
Report to Project Management Team on tasks and timelines
Provide project coordination support for product/project management team, as needed.
Provide tailored English language courses for students with focus on oral English conversions
Provide comprehensive English language training to college students for the IELTS test, aiming to achieve a band score of 7 and up.
Provide English language courses for military personnel and civilians as well during the military service at the Ministry of Defense Language Institute, Cairo.
