Head of Training, responsible for NOV Rig Equipment training operation in Saudi Arabia.
Establishing the first state-of-the-art Training Center with Rig Simulator rooms, Electrical
stations, and Mech/Hydraulic Lab.
Directly responsible for hiring, developing, and managing the training team (4 Technical
Instructors/ 2 Rig Performance Consultants RPCs/ Competency advisor/ Training coordinator). Management of day-to-day training operations for external and internal. Meet clients and define training needs and Scope of work.
Lead negotiation and secure long-term training agreements with clients.
Implementation of NOV Global Competency management system to insure competency of
Field Service Engineers/Repair technicians/ I&C engineers... Etc.
Secure a 14-million USD over a 10-year period training agreement in the first year.
Manage all technical competency for all JLR technicians in Saudi Arabia
Plan and conduct technical training sessions, activities workshops, and assessments in
Jeddah/Riyadh/Khobar.
Plan and execute the training saudiazation program.
Implement and achieve globally mandated technical competency targets every year since
2018.
Conduct New Models/ Technology Technical Training.
Conduct new technology/model training for non-technical roles based on departments' needs.
Completely remodel JLR Jeddah's training center.
Conduct Physics Lap sessions and Mathematics sessions. Marking student reports, tests, and assignments.
Student counselling to enhance social and academic performance
Found and Manage a Tutoring Program
Organize and host semi-weekly cultural, educational, social events.
Promotion of Saudi Culture at national and international events annually
Prepare intuitive lesson plans for all technical courses
Conduct lectures and lead practical workshop session for 250 students/annually
Monitoring student performance (mark and evaluate 250 students/annually)
Assist in Partial curriculum revision and update project.
