-Provide 24/7 NOC Support for VAS related issues.
-Manage day to day operations of SMS NOC “ Customer/Vendor/Route/Rate Configuration Management, Trace Capturing & Troubleshooting.
-New clients interconnect and interconnection testing.
-Monitoring of all alarms/alerts from system and System health checklist for various nodes.
-Capacity management and reporting in case of possible breach of capacity.
-Answer customer emails and provide timely & high level of service.
-Use a variety of tools (Ethereal/Wireshark, ping, traceroute, browser, etc.) to quickly verify reported events.
-Head to Head testing/configuration with clients.
-Management reporting as per requirement.
-Maintain a good understanding of al l NOC processes and implement them appropriately.
-Perform deep investigation to all the cases reported by the client on the traffic quality, new feature requests, disputes, and others.
-Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks using SolarWinds and WhatsUp Gold software.
-Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
-Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults such as SMS Monitor Application for EMG (Elbarid Message Generator), IMC, and A2A.
-Writing procedural documentation and playbook to be used during diagnosis by other team members.
-Managed user information using active directory to add new employees/customers, Lock/Unlock - Enable/Disable and deletion of user accounts.
-In charge of keeping systems running at 99% uptime
-Lead administrator for banks enterprise application for internal and external file transfer using BankWorks software.
-Responsible for 24/7 monitoring alarms to prevents network outages.
