Assuming the role of MEP team lead, my daily responsibilities encompass:
Monitoring on-site activities and contractor productivity: I closely oversee site activities to ensure they align with project plans and maintain optimal contractor productivity.
Supervising PMC and construction team: I provide direct leadership and guidance to the PMC and construction team, ensuring they effectively execute their respective tasks.
Offering technical support to the site team: I act as a technical resource for the site team, providing expert advice and troubleshooting solutions to address technical challenges.
Reviewing material submittals and shop drawings: I meticulously review material submittals and shop drawings to ensure they adhere to project specifications and industry standards.
Assisting the contractor in project planning: I collaborate closely with the contractor to develop and refine project plans, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to timelines.
Resolving construction and technical issues: I promptly address and resolve construction and technical issues that arise during the project's execution, minimizing downtime and maintaining project progress.
Monitoring contractor performance: I continuously evaluate the contractor's performance against project benchmarks and ensure they meet contractual obligations.
Participating in design, safety, and construction meetings: I actively participate in design, safety, and construction meetings to stay informed about project progress, coordinate with stakeholders, and address any concerns.
Overseeing work quality in collaboration with the QC team: I work closely with the QC team to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinating with all stakeholders: I maintain effective communication and coordination with all project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies, to facilitate smooth project execution.

Over 16 successfully completed rush projects: I have played a pivotal role in over 16 rush projects spanning various sectors, including hospitals, housing complexes, offices, and functional halls.
Managing projects with a total value of over 5 billion SR: I have demonstrated the ability to effectively manage and deliver projects with a combined value exceeding 5 billion SR.
