Senior Architect
Dar AL- Handasah
Total years of experience :10 years, 6 Months
My primary concentration as a team leader for architectural design is on creating architectural plans, drawings, and specifications for buildings and facilities at airports. I make sure that every design and plan complies with all applicable national and international building norms, rules, and standards, particularly those pertaining to accessibility and safety.
To ensure that all architectural designs and plans are in line with other disciplines and satisfy project needs, I collaborate extensively with other professionals, including engineers, contractors, and consultants. To find and include cutting-edge and sustainable design ideas, materials, and technologies, I also perform extensive study and analysis.
I supervise all operations to guarantee the timely and high-quality completion of architectural design projects as a mentor, offering technical advice and mentorship to junior architects and designers. In order to assure accuracy and completeness, I create project reports, analyse project-related documents, and actively engage in project meetings, site visits, and construction inspections.
At the end of the day, I want to make sure that every job I work on is finished to the best of my ability.
Some of my key achievements are:
• Selected to be part of the inauguration team, collaborating with top management to ensure the completion of projects that met royal specifications and luxury standards, exceeding the expectations of His Royal Highness and His Highness Crown Prince.
• Led the fireworks team to prepare for the ATCT (Air Traffic Control Tower) opening event by coordinating with all stakeholders, securing permits on time, and overseeing site works.
• Conducted site visits with the Minister of Transportation, explaining construction progress.
During this period, I am actively involved in leading and managing a number of projects, which I have described in my profile's important project parts. Please have a look at those areas if you want to review them.
