Assist the Chief Financial Officer and the Staff Accountant in daily operations of the department.
•Handleand process the departments daily data entry operation to include (but not limited to) accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank data, credit card data into our Navission system.

•Experiencedin analyzing monthly financials like Trial Balance, Profit & Loss a/c, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statement, Ratios and Analytical points on Financials.
•Experiencedin preparation of monthly Bank Reconciliation statement
•Experiencedin controlling Debtors & Creditors and preparation of debtors & Creditors Outstanding list and reporting to Management
•Expertisein reconciliation of receivable & payables with their respective statements
•Analyzecash flow and suggest effective method to increase the profitability of the organization.
•Keepand track all company related documents like, Proposals, Purchase orders, and retrieve them in no time, when required by the relevant employees.
Holding responsibility over the Health Division (6 clinics, 6pharmacies), the Sports Division (4 sports club), Petty Cash (8 divisions) and Cash Vault
