Provides a warm welcome and assists guests according to Hotel standard operating procedure
* Demonstrates that all Front Office Standard Operating Policies and Procedures are performed
in all interactions
* Performs cashiering tasks like bill/invoice settlement, posting charges to the guest, paid outs,
foreign currency exchange and etc…
* Prepare morning and evening reports for front office operations and perform data entry of all
check in and check outs to and from hotel
* Answer all incoming call and redirect or keep and distribute messages to the right department
* Adheres to and promotes the Company’s Health & safety policies to ensure a safe work
environment and knowledgeable all safety & emergency procedures
* Maintains a perpetual presence on the Reception Desk throughout the hours of the shift
Travel Account (Voyages A la Carte)
* Provide quality assistance to travellers in booking hotels, plane tickets and travel insurance
* Manage customer account information
* Respond to inquiries, concerns and requests about leisure products and services
* Handle inbound sales calls from prospective passengers, identify their needs, provide a
solution and complete the reservation booking process
* Make follow up outbound calls to prospective customer to provide additional information,
overcome objections and finalize booking a reservation
* Sales and service to clients and prospects including the handling of complex itineraries and
pricing plans
* Process itinerary changes, payments and requests as needed

* Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel
* Coordinated room status updates with the housekeeping department by notifying all check
outs, late check outs, early check-ins, special requests and day use rooms.
* Possesses a working knowledge of the reservations department. Takes same day reservations
and future reservations when necessary. Knows cancellation procedure.
* Process guests check-outs.
* Performing cashier related functions like posting charges to guest accounts, raising paid out’s
and currency exchange.
* Reports any unusual occurrences or requests to the Front Office Supervisor / Duty Manager.
