Provides essential support to a project,
working with the Project Manager and
other team members to achieve project
success.
Maintaining crucial project documents
that track project progress. And file all
project documents in an appropriate
database or library, and ensure that all
documents are accurate and have been
accepted by the Project Manager.
Maintaining and monitoring project plans,
project schedules, work hours, budgets,
and expenditures.
Work in almost every field - construction,
communications, education, sales -
anywhere that projects are undertaken.
Handling office tasks, such as filing,
generating reports and presentations,
setting up for meetings, and reordering
supplies.
Providing real-time scheduling support by
booking appointments and preventing
conflicts.
Making travel arrangements, such as
booking flights, cars, and making hotel
and restaurant reservations.
Screening phone calls and routing callers
to the appropriate party.
