•work in tendering and cost estimation for HVAC accessories for the projects as per specifications and standards
•Coordinate and arrange with contractors and consultants for the selection done for HVAC accessories including Air outlets, Dampers, Grills, Registers, diffusers, Sound attenuators, VAV and for the most appropriate choice that lead the work to win situation.
•Prepare Selection as per drawing and specification of the project for Air Outlets, Sound attenuators, VAV complete package with and without heater, pressure dependent and independent type.
•Prepare selection for fire dampers and fire smoke dampers as per SMACNA, AMCA, NFPA …
•Supply for HVAC Accessories, Volume damper s and security grills.
•Site Supervision for installation of water supply, drainage systems, sanitary ware, and exhaust ventilation system
•Installation of Fire system sprinklers, Fire pumps and pipes
•Installation of Mechanical works at Sea water pump room including installation of pumps with skid and frame, fittings, valves, accessories and health monitoring sensors ( BMS). In addition to testing and commissioning
•Installation of Solar Water Heaters evacuated tube including: circulation pumps, copper pipes, fittings, insulation and hot water storage
•Preparing request for quotations, checking BOQs, preparing mechanical work schedule, procurement list, quantity surveying
•Make the necessary coordination with the electrical and mechanical drawings.
•Verification of the design calculations (Pump head and flow, duct sizing, …..)
•Calculate the capacity for mechanical equipment
•Issuing RFI (Request for Inspection), Material Submittals, Purchase orders and technical queries
•Reporting daily and productivity reports to Construction Manager
•Preparing variation orders
•Supervising testing and commissioning for project handover
•Managing manpower and work’s feasibility
•Supervision of Water Supply, Plumbing, Drainage and Sanitary works Installation
•Quantity Take-off, BOQ Preparation
•Testing, commissioning and handover for the systems.
