Main Roles & Responsibilities
Main Activities
• Marketing of Valves package (MOV, ESD, SOV, FCV, & ROV), marketing the valve refurbishment division, including oil/gas/powerplants & utilities costumer.
• mange the services of utility division in UTL, like waste water treatment plant, Surge vessels, test and commission the systems and hand over these systems to the End-users.
• in touch with costumer site teams, regular site visits, building strong and trustworthy relationship with the end-user, create chance to make yearly contracts with the End-users.
• manage the field service team, identify the service scope, organize the service visit documents, and create more site service jobs.
• manage procurement of the company, approve the technical and commercial offers, find different sources of supply, negotiate with the suppliers to get better offers.
• understanding the costumer need, analyze tall client requirement and issues. And provide high technical solution.
• presentation capabilities.
• co-ordinate with proposal & application teams, to quote all RFQs, technical queries, method of statement, service reports, repairing reports, and tests & inspection reports.
• Direct involvement with registration and pre-qualification process.
• invoicing and submit after delivery documents
• follow payments and support the finance team.

- Service:
Site Service for all kind of rotork actuators, repairing all kind of actuators, organizes client visits, submit method of statement, manage work permits with end-user, and site visit reporting.
2- Troubleshooting, and site survey
Troubleshooting all kind of rotork actuator, site survey
3- Functional test, and certification of all rotork actuators, site and workshop assembling for MOV, ESD, SOV, and ROV valves.
6- Retrofitting all kind of actuators: replace any actuators from any brand with rotork actuators.
7- Direct Reporting to the service manager.


Achievements:

1- Install and commissioning of 95 IQ actuators for horizon Djibouti terminal (ENOC)
2- Overhauling of 20 GP actuators for UMM-ALNAR powers station (ITM O&M)
3- Commissioning of Leeds control Valves actuator in Emirates Aluminum (SNC Lavalin)
4- Health check and ESD service for Sohar Fertilizer.
5- Commissioning of EH-actuators for Abu Dhabi Airport extension.
6- Build, Commissioning, and assembly of 19 ESD with JC valves for DuGas extension.
7- Commissioning of new GASCO 24’’ lean gas Pipelines actuators (Al-ASAB, Gasco)
8- Modify pneumatic system for 5 actuators in Gasco ASAB AGDII (Becthel)
9- Site survey for BASRA KAZ GAS Plant in Iraq ( Technip & Shell)

Main responsibility:
Supply, select, retrofitting, and repair for MOV, ESD, SDV, ROV, Manual valves Hydraulic, pneumatic control panels and Mechanical Interlocks systems.
Main products:
- Valves:
A- Gate, ball, butterfly, plug, and globe valves, according API, ANSI, AWWA, DIN, and ASTM standards.
B- Excellent in valve sizing as per the flow and the pressure, trim, material, flanges, bolting, and classes.
C- Valves test and and inspection as per 3.1, 3.2, TAT, SAT, and functional test AS per API 598, ASME B 16.34, MSS - SP.
D- Excellent experience in ADNOC group specification, GASCO, ZADCO, ADCO, ADMA-OPCO, and Takreer, OFFSHORE and ONSHORE; shell specs also included. Excellent experience in municipalities, and utility application, district cooling, sewage water treatments, sea water treatment.











- Valve Actuators


A- Electric actuators. Sizing all Kind of actuators, multi turn, quarter turn, linear, and control valve actuator, considering valve torque, power supply, control system, safety factor, enclosure, isolationg or modulation application.
B- Pneumatic and hydraulic actuators. Sizing and selecting the actuators as per client specs, fail safe, shut off, HIPPS, ON-OFF, and control valve, ROV.


C- Excellent experience in ADNOC group specification, GASCO, ZADCO, ADCO, ADMA-OPCO, and Takreer, OFFSHORE and ONSHORE; shell specs also included. Excellent experience in municipalities, and utility application, district cooling, sewage water treatments, sea water treatment.


- Hydraulic and pneumatic Panels:
Build, design, and modify all valve control panels, for ESD, shut off valve, control valve, And ROV, adding Solenoid valve, flow regulators, pilot valves, volume boosters, and PSVs.
Dealing with BIFOLD, Midland, ASCO, Versa, REXROTH, PARKER, and Swagelock.

1- Rotork actuators, electic, Hydraulic, pneumatic, and process control actuators.
2- JC valves, Gate, ball, and metal seated butterfly valves.
3- Camtech valves, ball and gate valves.
4- Gulf valves, ball, metal seated butterfly, and ball valves.
5- Midland Hydraulic, and pneumatic Components.
6- BIFOLD Hydraulic, and pneumatic Components.
7- ASCO pneumatic Components.
8- AlCatraz Interlocking Systems.

OIL AND GAS END-USERS : ZADCO, GASCO, TAKREER, ADCO, ADNATCO, ADMA-OPCO, ADNOC DISTRIBUTION, ALHOSN GAS, ADGAS, ENOC, EPPCO, VOPAK HORIZON, EMARATES TERMINAL, FUJAIRAH TERMENALS, and DUGAS.
Oil and Gas Consultants: Mott-McDonald, Technip, Worley Parsons, and Tebodin.
Oil and Gas Contractors: NPCC, Technip, Alhusam group, ALSA engineering, Abanna engineering, Al- Amana, Petrofac, Target, and SNC lavalin.

• Sales and Service: hydraulic and pneumatic components (pumps, valves, hoses, compressors, solenoids valve, And all type of gearboxes.
• Design: hydraulic systems for mobile (mobile cranes, waste compactors, and concrete machinery) and Industrial systems (steel, aluminum, food factories).
• Troubleshooting and select equal components.
• Inspection, testing, repairing, hydraulic and pneumatics components, installation for hydraulic system in trucks.
• Sales: positive displacement pumps (vane, gear, and lobe pumps for food, fuel, asphalt…etc.

• Sales: hydraulic and pneumatic components (pumps, valves, hoses, compressors, and solenoid valves)
• Design: hydraulic systems for mobile (mobile cranes, waste compactors, and concrete machinery) and Industrial systems (steel, aluminum, food factories).
• Troubleshooting and select equal components.
• Inspection, testing, repairing, hydraulic and pneumatics components.
• Handling all inquires from the clients, quote, handle orders, supervision in installation, commissioning. Supervision on operation, write all required reports, after sales support (to company management and to the clients).
