• Managing and coordinating various HR functions while ensuring seamless administrative operations.

• Recruiting resources in all the regular IT Technologies like, Java, .Net, Python, DevOps, QA, ERP Technologies like SAP, Peoplesoft and Datawarehouse technologies like ETL, Informatica, DataStage, Teradata and also database technologies like SQL, Oracle and DB2. Worked with the operating systems - Linux, Unix, Windows and also network admin and network engineer requirements etc.
• Sourcing resumes from job portals like Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, Job Diva (ATS) and internal database etc. and also use LinkedIn to post Jobs and to connect with professionals with different related skills with the objective of mining resources.
• Responsible for Releasing Offer Letter, Joining / Onboarding formalities, Induction, and also Exit formalities.
• Supervising and managing general administrative areas like Office Assistant, Security Guard, Housekeeping, vendor management, Daily Expenses records & Pity Cash management, files & records/documents management etc.
