Provide day-to-day operations, maintenance, and monitoring of the data center active/passive components.
• Build, install, configure and maintain VMware products including vSphere 6.5, ESXi Servers, vCenter 6.5 (vMotion, DRS, HA, FT, cloning, snapshots).
• Manage server infrastructure with machines running Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 and administering Active Directory, DNS, WSUS, WDS & GPO's.
• Manage Storage Systems (EMC Isilon, EMC VNX block, Synology) with different protocols NFS, SMB, CIFS, ISCSI, LUN Mapping.
• Manage Network Security using FortiGate NGFW (IPS, AV, SSL Inspection, Web Filtering, Firewall Policies), Fortiweb WAF (Web threats prevention, Zero Day protection, DDOS protection), Fortianalyzer, Forti manager.

• Provide business continuity through backup procedures, periodic testing of outage scenarios using Veeam Backup & Replication, Acronis Data Protection.
• Implement PRTG Monitoring Solution, monitor all IT Resources to evaluate Systems/Networks/Databases/Applications performance.
• Manage Public Cloud on AWS (S3, EC2, ELB, VPC, IAM…).
• Research root cause of problems and escalate to engineering and vendor support as necessary.
• Applying OS updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Participate in Technical Development Solutions and Projects.
• Completes miscellaneous tasks as directed by IT Management.
• Assist in network planning, security and administration.
Effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of system hardware and software and related infrastructure.
• Managing Apple Mac OS X, Mac OS X Server including AFP/SMB/FTP/Profile Manager/MDM, NetBoot Images and Local Software Update Server.
• Implementing and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2012 Active Directory Infrastructure, DNS Server, DHCP Server, SQL Server, WSUS, GPO's.
• Managing and troubleshooting Virtual Environment using a Hyper-V Manager, VMWARE vSphere 5.5.
• Maintain Networks, LAN, WAN, WLAN and VLAN (CISCO switches & Access Points), Hikvision CCTV, ZK Time Attendance, Zabbix Monitoring tool.
• Managing Office 365 Subscription portal, Google G-Suite.
• Managing & troubleshooting the needed OS & software's & licenses.
• Managing AVAYA IP Telephony System (IP Office Manager).
• Installation, manage first level support & Managing Roles and Administration for ERP Microsoft Dynamics CRM & AX 2012 Systems (Infrastructure Level).

• Adhere to the customer service strategies, policies and procedures to ensure high level of

• Update systems as soon as new version of OS and application software comes out
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
