• Perform daily site inspections and draft detailed progress reports for project

• Collaborate with the irrigation team to seamlessly install irrigation networks
immediately following planting phases
• Conduct site walkthroughs with senior management and client representatives to

• Conduct comprehensive daily inspections of diverse flora across the giga-project,
including trees, shrubs, grasses, and ground covers, to ensure optimal health and
premium aesthetic standards.
• Manage and supervise the landscaping team, establishing optimized shift schedules
to distribute workloads and balance zonal coverage effectively.
• Direct precision pruning and training techniques for trees, shrubs, and bushes to
shape growth, enhance site visibility, and elevate landscape aesthetics.
• Diagnose plant conditions and proactively prescribed specialized watering
schedules to maximize lawn vitality and longevity.
• Audited irrigation systems regularly to verify distribution efficiency, prevent water
waste, and ensure systemic functionality across assigned zones.
• Logged maintenance tasks and generate rapid-response corrective actions utilizing
CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) device.
• Compile and deliver detailed daily technical reports regarding asset health, irrigation
status, and operational progress directly to senior management and client
representatives.
• Enforced strict workplace safety protocols and environmental regulations, ensuring
zero-incident operations across all active landscaping zones.

• Execute field inspections to identify crop pests, weeds, and plant diseases
accurately.
• Diagnose agronomic issues and prescribe target treatment plans to minimize crop
damage.
• Advise growers on advanced, sustainable technical crop production and cultivation
techniques.
• Recommend precise chemical applications, ensuring proper dosage, timing, and
safety compliance.
• Implement integrated pest management (IPM) to control insects, rodents, and bugs
across crops, storage facilities, and buildings.
• Deploy diverse control methods, utilizing exclusion, repulsion, and chemical
interventions to protect yields.
Commercial & Market Responsibilities;
◦ Drive market sales of the companys pesticide product portfolio within the
assigned territory.
◦ Build strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and agricultural

◦ Conduct product demonstrations to showcase product efficacy and secure
long-term commercial accounts.
