Work Description :
* Assess project and its requirements.
*prepare, coordinate, and monitor a project, from the initial conception to the schedule and final completion
* Study and assess drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to construction projects.
* Determine budget, project schedules and scope of work and deploy appropriate staff.
* Direct, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing multiple tasks
and projects.
* Lead and direct onsite construction teams.
* Collaborate and interact with construction teams, architects and outside project developers and consultants.
* Manage deliverables on time and within the budget.
* Initiate and ensure standard civil engineering discipline in drawings and plans including geotechnical, wind
and hydrology analyses.
* Adhere to the best practices, standards and procedures of the company.
* Reported to the project manager, keep him informed of ongoing activities, developments potential.
* Monitor the assigned projects to ensure that the projects are delivered within agreed time, cost&
specification.
* Work with clients, internal designers, to satisfy their requirements.
* Supervise the performance of sub-contracts to ensure the respect of works standard, Specifications,
schedules and budget.
* Prepare material submittals and shop drawing submittals to get approval from authorities
* Coordinates MEP drawings with Construction drawing to avoided any problems .
Provide verification and interpretation of construction plans and technical supervision of Installation.
* Controlling on the quality of all materials which are using in all construction stages, based on B.O.Q
specifications.
* Responsible for distributing man power to different site activities.
* Assure compliance with environment, health & safety procedures.
* Receives Tender documents (Drawings + Specification + Bill of Quantities)
