•Preparation of Maintenance Schedules of Heat Recovery Boiler, MSFE and Auxiliary Boilers and equipment in Desalination and Generation Plant
•Scheduling of Preventive Maintenance Work, Notification Order Preparation & Manpower Management for all plant equipment’
•Categorization, Prioritization & management of Work Orders as per their Types
•Preparation of Monthly Maintenance Overview/Maintenance Strategy of new Plant
•Prioritisation of Critical and Shutdown Jobs as per KAHARMAA Requirements.
•Work order schedule for priority & most urgent defects as per operation requirements.
•Creating Work order and permit as per Major overhaul and Annual inspection plane.
•Efficient Management of General, Contract & Specialist Manpower of the Plant
•Recording of Equipment Failure types in System to maintain credible level of Equipment History
•Establishing one Point contact between Plant Operation Team and Maintenance Team
•Power transformer erection & installation, Auxiliary transformer installation.
•Control and power Cable laying, termination works
•Installation of Relay and control panels, Dc distribution panel Installation.
•Equipment CT, PT, LA, DS &ES erection
•Lying of underground 0.440 KV/6.6 KV/11 KV/33 KV cable and termination as per termination drawing.
•Erection and termination equipment erection trouble shooting and commissioning works
•Over all supervision of Installation works of new 33/11 kV, 2*10 MVA Sub-Station Patuakhali, Laksmipur, Kishorgong Stage vise construction of 33/11 kV, 2*10 MVA Sub-Station of Sherpur and extension works of 33/11 kV, 1*10 MVA Distribution Sub-Station
•As per Diagram or Drawing, steel structure installation and erection, equipment erection.
•Power transformer erection & installation, Auxiliary transformer installation, Neutral ground transformer installation (NGR).
•Earthling System for all equipment and Strictures in Sub-Station.
•nstallation of Relay and control panels, Dc distribution panel Installation.
•Equipment CT, PT, LA, DS &ES erection and installation of lighting system.
•LV, HV & MV switch gear & Bus-Bar connection and switch yard aluminum Bus-Bar connection.
•Lying of underground GI pipe and Banding and necessary jointing for lighting system.
•Lying of underground 0.440 KV/11 KV/33 KV and 132 KV cable and termination as per termination drawing.
•Dressing of Control and power Cable.
•Continuity check of control and power cable.
Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
