Build value stream mappings and ability to use Lean tools and DMAIC methodology in
improvement projects
Monitor and ensure that teams are actively applying the Lean Process and Six-Sigma in a
correct manner to solve chronic problems, remove waste and to plan new products
Improve operational efficiencies & process capabilities using lean principles and six sigma
techniques
Train, support,
develop and coach plant leadership teams from statistics to change management and to
process design strategies
- Ensure applying comprehensive production plan efficiently at the line, by managing professional team of line leaders, technical operators & labors.
- Train, coach and asses the line leaders and build their competences to achieve line agreed KPIs with the factory manager.
- Ensure applying the Q-HSE standards controlling the team behavior by spreading the desired culture among the shop floor.
- Optimize the process flow by improving the efficiency as well as reducing the cost of production.
- Estimating, negotiating and agreeing production budget with factory manager & collaborate in the factory saving projects.
- Apply continuous performance improving system and cost saving projects using TPM activities (SWOT, OMP, Cascading Measure, Operation Reviews, Basic problem tools & Standard Routine Management System...6 sigma).
- Leading & Organizing Goal Alignment pillar team serving the business goals through defined priorities, projects and activities.
Achievements
- Improve efficiency of PET line from 50-70.6 % in the duration 2015-2018.
- Reduce Rejection % in HOD line from 3.2% to 1.7% in the period 2019-2020 which hit more than 1 million SAR saving.
- Apply weekly production plan, achieving the agreed quantity and quality targets.
- Apply safety & quality standards to reach the best Q & SHE behaviors.
- Optimize the production process to run in the smoothest and profitable way. - Create a comprehensive standard system to sustain practices and results achieved by the team.
- Support maintenance team against any technical issue.
- Leading the daily operation review with other divisions, to stand on the status of the measures (KPIs) and their actions.
- Production Planning and Development.
- Supervising and monitoring the production lines performance, and solving production problems in assistance with the responsible employees.
- Supervising the packing section, by checking the products after production in coordination with the quality department, and making sure that the products are packed properly and stored in a proper area before shipping.
- Coordinating with sales, procurement, warehouses, and shipping departments for a daily follow up.
- Making a daily, monthly profits and expenses reports.
- Managing the raw materials for the factory, by ERP system.
