1. Induction:-
• Generating Offer Letter.

3. Payroll:- (ERP 7.2 PAYMANGER)
• Preparing Salary for all 6 divisions.
• Updating employee database daily.

• Preparation of MIS reports.
• Releasing salary through bank transfer.
4. Settlements:- (ERP 7.2 PAYMANGER)

• Calculation of Leave Salary/Gratuity
• Leave Encashment.
• Resignation/Service termination.
5. Administrative:-
• Providing daily medical.
• Timely renewal of visa and Passport
• Arranging for resident card and visa medical for new hired.
• Booking ticket at time of leave/exit.
• Vehicle/Sim/Mobile/Furniture /medical bills records.
• Maintenance of lift, AC, fire fighting.
• Cancellation of expatriate during final exit.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
•GOLDEN GROUP OF COMPANIES, MUSCAT, OMAN :-
•INDUCTION:
•Handling all HR related work on daily basis for 6 different divisions which includes Construction, Real Estate, Furniture & Fittings, Hotel, Travel & Tourisms.
•After the recruitment done by the Recruitment Officer, generating offer letter with the all related document mentioning his designation, Salary, Date of Joining etc.
•Generating his personal file in which employee’s all certificate and other supporting documents are filed for further reference.
•Generating New Hire Internal Memo and passing it to the related Accounts and Audit Department.
•After employee comes into the payroll of the company, it is needed to coordinate with the PRO and arranging the new hired employees for Visa medical and labor card.
B. DAILY ATTENDANCE:
•Using attendance software known as TAMS (Time Attendance and Management System).
•Tracking daily-attendance and issuing present/absent memos using TAMS on daily basis.
•Generating Absent Deduction Memo for all staff and asking the employee reason in writing for being absent without information.
•Generating Late Reporting Memo for the employees punching late in the TAMS machine and asking the employee reason in writing for being late.
•Making necessary deductions for being late or absent as per the Oman labor law.
•Filing the interoffice absent and late reporting memos in the personal file of the employee for future reference.
C. PAYROLL:
•Using ERP 7.2 PAYMANAGER for preparing salary for group i.e. more than 2000 employees.
•Updating employees database such as Salary increment, addition of allowance, interoffice transfer, change in designation, change of bank account etc in Paymanager and excel on daily basis
•Updating all deductions such a absent deduction memos, late reporting deduction memos, salary advances, loan, rejoining memos, social insurance deduction etc. in Paymanager on daily basis.
•Maintaining records of all interoffice memos in system as well as one hard copy in the personal file of the employee.
•Updating overtime hours in Paymanager for labors as per the attendance cards received from all sites.
•Processing & finalizing the salary for all division by end of every month and generating the salary reports.
•Generating Bank Transfer Letters on the respective letter heads of different divisions as per the Visa & forwarding the Pay sheet to concerned division’s Account and Audit department for review.
•Ensuring salary being credited to all employee’s Account accordingly.
