Project # 1: HVAC Systems Upgrade Abqaiq Community ARAMCO.
Project Overview:
Drove a pivotal budget initiative aimed at advancing corporate objectives and ensuring uninterrupted
Business Continuity through the enhancement of Heating, Venting, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems
within the Abqaiq Community. Led a strategic project focusing on the replacement of five aging cooling
towers and the implementation of centralized Building Management Systems (BMS) across five Air
Conditioning (AC) plants. This endeavor was geared towards bolstering the reliability and efficiency of
the AC Systems within the Abqaiq Community.
Specifically, orchestrated the replacement of antiquated wooden structure cooling towers at AC plant
Nos. 1A, 1B, 2, 3, and 4 with cutting-edge Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) cooling towers, boasting a
combined capacity of 7, 200 TR. Coordinated the integration of associated control BMS systems, resulting
in substantial improvements to the reliability and efficiency of the AC systems servicing the Abqaiq
Community.
Role Description:
As the Construction/Engineering Manager, I have a pivotal role in overseeing and executing the upgrade
of Heating, Venting, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems within the Abqaiq Community. My primary
responsibility is to manage all aspects of the construction and engineering activities related to this
project, ensuring its successful completion within scope, budget, and schedule. Develop and execute
comprehensive construction strategies, plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure the efficient execution
of activities within budgetary constraints and set timelines.

Developed and implemented construction ability strategies and plans for various stages of the
projects, ensuring the efficient execution of construction activities within budget and timeline.
• Conducted thorough design reviews, identifying potential construction challenges and
collaborating with the design team to modify plans for enhanced constructability.
