• Responsible for preparing and revising Project Quality Plan, Civil and Architectural Method Statements, Quality control Procedures, Inspection and Test plan, Risk Assessments, Check Sheets, Engineering Logs, Key performance Indicator, etc.

• Preparing and maintaining master lists of documents including drawings, Specifications, Method statements, Inspection & Test plans etc.
• Preparation of training material such as PPT’s, Do’s & Don’ts for training purpose for different types of activities for Foreman’s and Technicians.
• Preparation of training material regarding quality policy, objectives and quality management system for Engineers.
• Providing training to staff regarding different type of activities on site.

Quality Control at Site:

• Identifying critical activities of site and executing high quality finishing works.
• Joint Inspection with CUBIC inspectors, consultant inspectors & coordinating effectively to solve quality related issues.
• Inspecting work as per the approved latest revised drawings and controlling the removal of superseded drawings from the site.
• Conducting training for site Engineers and foremen to improve the quality of work at site.
• Inspecting the materials received on site and in store with consultant inspector as per the approved material submittals (MVR/ MIR) and checking for quality of materials including mill certificates.
• Conducting fresh concrete testing, compaction testing and hardened concrete testing activities.
• Conducting site inspections as per the Inspection, Test request submitted by site team.
• Taking corrective actions based on Internal NCR’s.
• Maintaining Test records such as material tests, concrete test, concrete, pour record, etc.
