- Providing necessary assistance to Group CFO & Advisor to Board in decision making processing to establish and retain a firm and long lasting credit relationships with bankers.
- Identifying and exploring potential inherent risk(s) in lending activities of group of companies and accordingly propose certain measures to amicably tackle them during the currency of running projects.
- Develop and enhance risk analytics to provide key decision outputs while taking corrective actions to extrapolate current performance and correlate it with the overall financial model.
- Conceptualizing the estimations of possible credit appetite to cover the cost(s) of current on going and new projects.
- Establishing and monitoring control mechanism in disposal of available financial resources to timely manage the payments towards suppliers, vendors, sub-contractors etc.
- Effectively and efficiently driving the log of credit pool of multiple banks to timely utilize the credit lines to cover up the operating and financial costs of running projects to earn maximum yield in line with ultimate core objective.
- Pro-actively monitoring the log of short, medium and long term schedule advances to set their settlements on due dates by aligning their respective maturities with collection logs to promote disciplined credit habit and time management behavior in group of companies.
- Co-ordinate with Commercial and Cost Control Departments for managing outward payment terms and conditions of sub-contractors, suppliers and vendors aligning with inward collection logs of group of companies.
- Direct all policy and procedure reviews within business lines to promote corporate governance amongst the group of companies.
- Liaise with Internal Audit Department to conduct periodical audits and checks to ensure process accuracy, completeness and timeliness aligning with policies and procedures in force.
