Working as a Mechanical Engineer (Static / Rotating Equipment) in ongoing up gradation project for Reliance Petrochemical through VISHESH CORPORATION PVT.LTD. Execution and Supervision of Mechanical works at unit of Polymers, fiber intermediates and chemicals - Gas Cracker, LDPE plant, Butene plant, LLDPE / HDPE Plant, polypropylene plant, MEG/Ethylene Oxide Plant etc. Such as installation & Maintenance of Static & Rotating Equipment in line with project Standards and Specifications.
• Conduct site surveys and plant visits to determine constraints in the location of new equipment in existing facilities or on brownfield sites that may influence the layout and the preliminary routing of piping and be able to recommend the most economical layout.
• To study the isometric drawing received from the clients and to identify the pipe lines and carry out the inspection work.
• Prepare material purchase requisitions and perform technical evaluations.
• Check flow direction arrows on valves; verify that they are properly identified and valves are installed in accordance with flow direction
• Fabrication & installation of steel structures, checking vertical alignments
• Installation of Motors, pumps, valve, Heat Exchanger, vessels etc.
• Monitoring the QA/QC Documentation of the subcontractors and ensure that all the activities are incorporated to their system on daily basis and can be traced according to our requirements
• Monitor equipment installations Progress
• Co-ordination with different discipline
• Supervise and Inspection of cold and hot insulation, cladding on heat exchanger and equipment
• Line check to verify the use of correct material fittings, valves, and supports, prior to hydro test and prepare punch list for incomplete works, check and closing after the work Completion.

Working as a Rotating Static Equipment Engineer / Mechanical Engineer for its ongoing project in POSCO, Execution and Supervision of Mechanical works Such as installation of Static & Rotating Equipments, Electrical Equipment in line with project Standards and Specifications.
• Analyze and review the scope of work, client requirements, division of responsibility, project objectives and constraints to develop the strategy for effective project delivery.
• Interfacing with contractors, major sub-contract equipment/material Vendors and Internal Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance, Contract Administration departments during implementation of projects.
• Preparation, Review & Publishing of Monthly, Weekly, daily reports to the Project Manager.
• Maintain & update all Schedules, collecting actual data, evaluating dates to completion and Project delays by effective monitoring of actual progress and productivity.
• Review monthly the forecasts to complete, any deviation from baselines.
• Anchoring on-site Construction Activities to ensure completion of Project within the time & cost parameters and effective Resource utilization to maximize the output.
• Identifying bottlenecks and making recommendation in areas of slippage.
• Maintaining the Log of Issues/Constraints and Concerns.
• Coordination with client and subcontractors to sort out schedule / claim related issues and helping management to solve several relevant problems
