Reporting to Group’s PMO and responsible for the Group’s projects. My job responsibilities included but not limited to the following:
• Direct and monitor the Implementation of different projects related to data center construction, physical Security, CCTV, and Network solutions.
• Developing project plans including scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, risks, schedule, procurement, and communication areas.
• Manage suppliers for project orders and procurement to secure project delivery targets.

• Direct and monitor the Implementation of Microsoft NAV ERP project across the group’s companies (more than 30 companies)
• Direct and monitor IT infrastructure project
• Direct and implement series of projects to create online business of the retail arm of the group (RadioShack) in terms of ecommerce website, mobile application, linking to ERP, technical support, etc...

• Initiating and supporting PMO activities.
