Part of the integration and transformation team that helped in shifting the transition from Geant retail model to Carrefour retail model. Responsibilities included:
•Assortment, data, and range management
•Supplier agreement and negotiations management

•Profit and loss management (aging, sales, margin, bottom line, other income, stock levels)

Drove and lead the Light Household department with all its section (DIY, Houseware, Stationary, Camping Gardening, House equipment, Car, Toys, Library, Sports, Luggage).
•Responsible for achieving the company budget for LHH and ensuring that the bottom line is achieved and the board of results is also achieved.
•Along with that I ensured the application and implementation of the company rules, policies, regulations and the proper training of the staff, along with the recruitment of the staff as per the staff budget.
I was responsible for maximizing profit and reducing waste in the store’s House ware and House equipment sections.

As part of the pre-opening team, responsible to do the opening of a new store in a new country, I was responsible for the Light House Hold department with all its sections.
•The major part of my job was to source new suppliers from whom we will get the full selection of items that will make the Carrefour range. Also, I was responsible for doing direct import from outside Syria for all the missing range of items that are part of Carrefour image
•Another major role I had was being part of the team responsible for the selection of items to be included in the monthly Carrefour leaflets that are distributed over 90 percent of the Aleppo residents, and are the traffic bringers for the store.
