Working closely with leadership to identify and execute improvement opportunities across the hospital.
As a Lean Change Agent and Continuous Improvement specialist, I am responsible for driving cultural change towards Quality, Efficiency, and improved Patient Experience.
My responsibility includes coaching Clinical and Non-Clinical staff on Lean and Continuous Improvement methodology, leading Kaizen Workshops, and developing a Measurement and Monitoring framework for Patient-Centric, Operations, and Process-related metrics.

► Developed the continuous improvement theme for the complete engineering service center
► Lead Operational Excellence program across operations based on foundations viz. Lean Six Sigma and QMS
► Successfully lead productivity improvement projects saving ~200K Man-Hours, $ 5M
► Analysed KPIs using statistical methods/tools like Microsoft Excel, Minitab, etc and achieved
► FPY improvement from 72 % to 95 %, OTD Improvement from 80 % to 90 %
► Lead Service Realization Process end-to-end automation project
► Developed training modules as required & trained Lean Six Sigma Green Belts & Black Belts
► Achieved Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 certification

3. Provide support and guidance for Yellow Belts candidates trained by Global Process Innovation trainer.
4. Define process for measurement, monitoring and communication of key performance indicator important to business growth.

6. Participate in various lean, sigma, 5 S, quality improvement and visual office initiatives.
