1.Taking Care of Arrival, Baggage Handling and Lost and Found of Singapore Airlines.
2. Taking care of all operational activities for the ground handling.
3. Taking care of all Mishandled baggage cases and raising PIR/AHL/DPR and its tracing in World Match Tracing Systems.
4. Handling of passenger's claim for the missing/lost or damaged baggage of passengers.
5. Taking care of Proper rostering of the team for smooth handling and flow of the staff.
6. Sending all reports related to baggage mishandling, finance and daily flight handling reports to the concern departments head.
