1- Planning publicity strategies and campaigns.

5- Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
6- Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
7- Review and update credit and loan files

4- Deal with show room agencies and real estate companies.
5- Negotiate with companies (payroll) and presenting the bank offers.
6- Follow up and provide support for collecting unpaid installment.

8- Adherence to the Banks Operating manual and Central Bank Guidelines.
9- Compare clients' applications with eligibility requirements according to ING Direct policies.
10- Guide clients in the gathering of information such as bank account records.
11- Coordinate with the bank staff and managing the promotion strategy for car and real-estate market.
1- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
2- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
3- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
4- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
5- Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
6- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
7- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
