Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

I manage the largest Strategic Business Accounts in the Enterprise Business Unit with the highest revenue

Also, I maintain and retain such strategic customers to keep long term relations and increase their satisfaction.

I control and cooperate with Presale Team in preparing offers, pricing quotes, and proposal, bids…etc to maintain Orange’s leading position in a competitive environment and satisfy customers.

I manage and handle all outstanding issues on behalf of customers (fault handling, billing…etc) to satisfy customers and follow up collection.

I control, maintain and update customer database to produce future solutions. Moreover, I set short and long-term sales strategies for specified accounts and report on the progress monthly to prospect new opportunity and suggest new telecommunication solutions this is done through CRM and by developing the ADP (Account Development Plan).

-Prepare the sales plan and monitor the performance of sales segment.
-Evaluate the sales and KPI performance of designated segment.
-Participates in the design of sales processes, compensation schemes, and administration processes.
-Participates & support the team in negotiation process and in complex situations.
-Maintain good relationships with customers in service provisioning.
