REDA, is active in 32 countries, involved in distribution of Specialty Chemicals. We
have products for various industries like, Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas, Personal Care
& Pharma products, Textiles, Plastics & Polymers, etc.

1 I am heading the operation of REDA in Pakistan with the help of my Team.
2 My Job is to run Business based on the policies and strategy of the company and to monitor the profits, and have ownership of P&L.
3 We evaluate all the products before we go into the market, by conducting a
survey. The main focus of evaluation is the return on the efforts done, and to judge if the project is worth doing.
4 To keep on encouraging the team and to help them if they need me to close the deals, kick start any new project, products or industry.
5 To see how we can always keep an edge over other competitors, with services or with value added products.
6 In general to flourish a stable and strong foot holds of REDA in Pakistan.
7 I travel very frequently to attend the by Annual regional meeting of REDA, to attend exhibitions, to attend trainings and to meet our suppliers in different parts of the world.
8 I have been able to establish REDA from scratch to USD 15 Million annual
turnover in 2013 maintaining GM between 15 - 18%.
9 Established a team of 22 People in different industries and operational positions.
10 Established a good Data Base of customers including global players like, P&G,
UNILEVER, COCA COLA and many more.

PolymerXS Pvt. Ltd: Involved in indenting business since eleven years in the field of thermoplastics, Thermosets and specialty chemicals.

1 Polymer XS has three further sister concern companies i.e. Ressichem
Construction Business, General Trading and Power Tools; each division has its
own managing setup.
2 Being a team leader for sales and developments for polymers, my scope of work
is managing team, sales, sourcing, import, customer service & other commercial
issues.
3 Worked with the same company in other departments, like consumer business,
where we re-launched Araldite in Pakistan, for three years. I worked as a team
leader and played a important role in boosting the sales. Was also responsible to develop epoxy business for ADITYA BIRLA, Thailand.
4 Later I was shifted to another department for the developmental work for Non
Textile Silicone range from GE Bayer Silicones in Pakistan.
5 Then after 2 years, was appointed to take care of TASNEE Petrochemicals, for their Polypropylene & Polyethylene plastic resins in Pakistan.
6 I was also managing the Sales and marketing of Sabic Innovative Plastics.
7 In Short I was looking after the whole sales of PolymerXS, Managing customer
services, correspondence with the supplier was directly done and eventually
striving to maintain a good name in the industry.
8 Attended technical / sales trainings and exhibitions in Europe, Fareast, Africa & UAE.
9 Attended and represented annual agents meetings on behalf of the company.
10 Hosting principals from abroad as a common practice.
11 Our Major Suppliers include, Sabic Innovative Plastics, Aditya Birla Chemicals
Thailand, Polymer Latex GmbH, Tasnee Petrochemicals, and Momentive
Performance Materials etc.
