Managing Internet Banking + IVR channels.

Al Mubasher Retail is the internet banking service from Al Rajhi Bank that allows customers to do most of the banking transactions anytime, anywhere with convenience and in a completely secured environment.

Al Rajhi Phone (Phone Banking)
"Al Rajhi Phone" service allows customers (inside KSA or abroad) to do most of banking transactions anytime through mobile or a land line phone.

Responsibilities as eChannels Technical Manager:
- Responsible for making high-level technical choices related to eChannels.
- Providing feasible technical solutions to the business challenges in e-Channel Applications.
- Focal point of contact for handling vulnerabilities issues raised by PCI & SAMA compliance's for e-channel.
- Reviewing Business Requirements Document (BRD), provide Management with feedback from Technical perspective.
- Managing functional analysis sessions with all stakeholders (Business, Vendor, Al-Rajhi BackEnd Team).
- Vendor Management ( Offshore and Onshore Team ):
Reviewing Vendor Solutions/Architecture and make sure it is compliant with Bank (Functional and Non-Functional) requirements.
Reviewing Vendor Estimations (Time, Price). Reviewing CRs submitted by Vendor. Provide top management with a report about Vendor performance. Managing/Handling Vendor logistics requests. Code Review.
Make sure that No gaps in communication between Bank technical team and Vendor offshore/onshore team.
- Involved heavily in Make-or-Buy decision, Defining Vendor Selection Criteria, CAPA (corrective and preventive action).
- Managing eChannel releases starting from Design -> implementation -> Testing -> Deployment -> Post Deployment check.
- Getting required approvals for releases from CCB by attending release meetings, pre-CAB and CAB meetings.
- Managing/Handling eChannel CRM cases by trying to define the root cause for the raised issues.
- Managing/Handling e-channel production issues and CRM cases by defining the root cause for them.
- Managing Internet Banking + IVR technical team.
- Reviewing SMS Gateway current used solution.

EAD e-Government Portal (https://eservices.ead.ae): Building eServices for Environment Agency - Abu Dhabi (EAD) to provide user-centric, consolidated view on all relevant government services for Businesses (G2B), Citizens (G2C), Government entities (G2G) and Employees.

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) Portal (www.adib.ae): Building a portal for the bank with a content management solution and workflow along with some business services to facilitate the communication between the bank and its customers.

Hospitality Marketing Concepts (HMC) - USAClient Relationship Management System (GMM-VHR): web application to control web and email marketing campaigns

Federated Customs Information System (FCIS): Participating in the development / testing of a Web Application for automating the customs demands clearness between all GCC Countries and the Local Emirates, as well as simplifying generating statistical reports related to the UAE trades with other countries.

IBM Dubai (outsourcing): Worked on converting business requirements to static screens using UI design and usability best practices.
