Creating journal entries, invoices, receipts, and bank settlements follow up.
Withdraw the closed periods reports and excel sheets and processing them for reconciling purposes.
Might occasionally work over time in case of high seasons in order to finish reconciliation on time.
Dealing with headquarters invoices;Onboard sales, IATA Agent, Training Center, Cedar Miles, and AACO (Arab Airlines Carriers Organization) as well as following up their settlement.

Reconcile the outstations sales clearing accounts processed by outstations accountants on Oracle System and Rapid System Figures capturing mistakes and errors in allocations and processing and prepare the outstanding amounts and queries for adjustments.
Solve outstanding amounts and queries by communicating with outstation accountants and different departments such as sales, refund, and rarely cargo.
Follow up the solved queries through traveling, direct contact, telecom, email.
Creating adjustment entries on the Oracle System (GL Module) at the headquarters or abroad at the Outstation.

Auditing and controlling the reconciliation of the outstations sales clearing accounts
Train and instruct the newly hired accountants and/or cover for their vacations or releasing.
Interacting, Coordinating, collaborating, and Exchanging information with different departments, and supervisors.
Reporting to higher management, Meeting their deadlines and time tables.
